In short
This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, and nothing from other services loads with the page. The only personal data it collects is what you send through the contact form.
The contact form
The form asks for your name, company, work email, an optional phone number or KakaoTalk ID, your project details and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry. They are stored on our server in Seoul, South Korea, and deleted automatically one year after you send them, or sooner if you ask. We are told about each new enquiry by email, sent through Google's Gmail service. To stop bulk sending, a short-lived code made from your network address is kept for one hour; the address itself is never stored.
When you contact us
If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or KakaoTalk, we receive what you send, such as your name, your company, your contact details and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss your project. We keep it only as long as needed for that, or as long as the law requires for business records, and we delete it earlier if you ask.
Other services
Messages sent by WhatsApp or KakaoTalk are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Who is responsible
Qyotech LLP, registered in India, is responsible for your data. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, write to us at the email address on the home page.
